CII is organizing its maiden CII Global Economic Policy Summit, a platform to bring together thought leaders from across the world to deliberate on “Rebuilding Economies”.
The CII Global Economic Policy Summit 2021 will be held in a hybrid format on 17 & 18 November 2021, and will focus on five key themes - Growth, Future of Jobs, Road Ahead for Fiscal and Monetary Policies: Changing Geo-Economics & Geo-Politics and Uncaging India.
The Summit will have illustrious constellation of best minds from across the world in the Government; academia and think tanks including Nobel laureates; industry captains deliberating on issues, both in the global and Indian context.
Smt Nirmala Sitharaman, Minister of Finance and Corporate Affairs, has kindly consented to deliver the Inaugural Keynote. Mr Piyush Goyal, Minister of Commerce & Industry; Textiles; Consumers Affairs, Food and Public Distribution and H E Tharman Shanmugaratnam, Senior Minister and Coordinating Minister for Social Policies, Government of Singapore have also confirmed to deliver the special keynote address.
In addition, Nobel Laureate Dr Abhijeet Banerjee, Prof Lord Nicholas Stern, IG Patel Chair of Economics and Government and Head India Observatory, London School of Economics, to mention a few among many, who will address the Summit.
